Tekken Tag 2 is the best tekken, as tons of characters very attention to the interactions between characters, cool tag team combos and moves, the game is a love letter to fans, it's only hated by people that take competition too seriously and complain too much about losing

Imo, every fighting game series needs that on bullshit casual game that you wouldn't dare play competitively, but youre garunteed to have a blast playing casually with friends and family. Smash bros brawl, mk vs DCu, sfXt, and so on. You'd NEVER catch me playing that shit for money, but it's nice to just let loose and a goofy version of my favorite games that my non competitive friends and fam can play

However, it was best 1on1 tekken ever, with all characters. Just play it 1on1, as tag play was broken, and all it needed was to allow the second character to jump on screen once the first is defeated, instead of ending the round, but Harada still doesn't get it, and you'll see ttt3, if it ever comes, will do the same again about now wasting both characters in a round.
